We believe in fitness as a daily life “enhancer”. What do I mean by this? Anyone can be fit! Yes, anyone. Any age and any physical shape. Ask yourself these questions: Do you sit down and stand back up? Do you pick up your child or a bag of dog food? Do you carry your groceries into your house? Do you pack things into the top shelve of your closet? Well, I hate to tell you, but you are doing the nine foundational functional movements on a daily basis, and that is exactly what Functional Fitness is about. We want to make sure you do all these movements in a safe way, so you may continue with your exciting daily chores. We never have the same workout twice, we make sure you work very hard, and that you stay safe while doing it. At our facility, we have the belief that every person is an athlete, that every person will be given the appropriate time and attention needed, and that every person leaves our facility with a sense of accomplishment and pride. We teach you about your own physical strength but more importantly, about your mental strength and toughness.
Yay fitness! This pretty much sums up my attitude about CrossFit!
My CrossFit journey began in 2014 by being invited by my younger brother, Evan and his art teacher, Miesse. Since Michael and Silvia have taken me in, showed me an immense amount knowledge, and inspired me to take my health and fitness to paramount levels, I found myself being a CrossFit coach. I love the encouraging community and seeing people from all walks of life come together. It is such a reward to see people transform, not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Simply thankful to be apart of such a wonderful gym, and cannot wait to see what it becomes.
