We offer a punchcard for our Strength & Conditioning Program. This offers fantastic flexibility to come in and workout when you can, without loosing value. This punchcard is valid 12month after date of purchase.

Come join "Yoga with Care", she offer beginners, intermediate, and a restorative yoga. All skill levels are welcome!

In our 60min sessions, we will teach you the basics of power lifts, and make you strong!

The bench press, squat, and deadlift are the main 3 lifts we will work on. Become the strongest version of you possible.

COUCH TO FIT

Our summer boot-camp program will get you off the couch and fit with fun! Incorporating various body weight and endurance movements, in combination with Kettlebells and Dumbbells. Our sessions will be approximately 45min-60min long
